8MAX User Agreement

Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Platform.

By registering an account or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, do not register or use our services.

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time due to changes in laws, business adjustments, or platform optimization. Notifications will be provided through website announcements or app push notifications.

Revised terms take effect upon publication. If you disagree with the changes, you must stop using our services. Continued use will be deemed as acceptance.

Please be aware that trading digital assets through this platform involves high risk and may result in partial or total loss of funds.

Ensure you possess the appropriate risk awareness and financial capacity. Seek professional advice if necessary. See the Risk Disclosure Statement for details.

8MAX provides the following services (collectively, the "Services"):

Your transactions must comply with applicable local laws. We are not liable for any legal consequences arising from your use of our services.

• Trading between digital assets

You must register an 8MAX account to use our services. We will conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures in accordance with applicable laws. This may include requesting identity, financial, and fund source information, and verifying it via third parties.

If verification fails or information is false or incomplete, we may deny service. We may also suspend or terminate your account for suspected illegal activities, fraud or abuse, or violation of this Agreement.

• You are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity
• The information provided is true, complete, and valid
• You will not create multiple accounts or impersonate others
• You are not on any international sanctions list

You must safeguard your account credentials and not disclose them to third parties. You are responsible for losses resulting from improper storage. If you suspect misuse or a leak, contact us immediately.

You must not use the Platform for illegal, unlawful, or improper purposes, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or infringement. Violation may result in account freezing, function restriction, or service termination.

Service fees will be charged according to the published rates, specific agreements, order pages, or announcements. We reserve the right to adjust fees.

You agree to pay all applicable charges including bank fees and third-party charges.

We may disclose your information to government, regulatory, or judicial authorities in accordance with applicable laws or requirements.

You understand and agree to such lawful disclosures.

We collect, use, and protect your personal information in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or disclose your data without authorization. See the Privacy Policy for more details.

All content and technologies on the Platform (including logos, code, interfaces, images, texts, etc.) are protected by intellectual property laws and belong to 8MAX or its licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, sell, or use them for commercial purposes without authorization.

The Platform is provided "as is," without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for purpose, continuity, or security.

We are not responsible for losses due to network failures, system issues, market volatility, or third-party actions.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Panama.

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved amicably; if that fails, either party may file a lawsuit in a competent court in Panama.
